Each ENRICHYOU program opportunity gives you the chance to:

Pathways to Success is a comprehensive out-of-school enrichment and academic coaching program dedicated to preparing high school students for long-term success in college, careers, and life. The program provides structured academic support, tutoring, and mentoring to help students strengthen core subjects, improve study skills, and stay on track for graduation.
In addition to academics, Pathways to Success focuses on college and career readiness by offering workshops in goal setting, time management, financial literacy, leadership development, and professional communication. Students are exposed to career pathways through guest speakers, job shadowing, internships, and hands-on learning experiences that connect classroom instruction to real-world opportunities.
The program also guides students through the college and postsecondary planning process, including SAT/ACT preparation, college and scholarship applications, FAFSA completion, resume building, and interview skills. By addressing both academic and social-emotional development, Pathways to Success empowers students to build confidence, clarify their future goals, and develop the skills needed to successfully transition into higher education, workforce training, or meaningful careers.

Our after-school programs provide students with a safe, structured environment that supports both academic growth and personal development. Students benefit by receiving extra help with homework and challenging subjects, which can improve grades, test scores, and overall confidence in school.
Beyond academics, these programs help students build important life skills such as teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving through group activities, projects, and mentorship. They also offer opportunities for enrichment in areas like arts, technology, leadership, and career exploration - exposing students to interests and pathways they may not encounter during the regular school day.
Socially and emotionally, after-school programs foster positive relationships with peers and caring adults, which can boost self-esteem, reduce risky behaviors, and increase a sense of belonging. For working families, they also provide a safe and supervised space during critical hours after school, giving parents peace of mind while helping students stay engaged, motivated, and focused on their future success.
